It’s been a rough November on the personal front. So rough I barely have a chance to celebrate my newest ghazal publication, “Difficulty at the Beginning,” in the November Rotary Dial. It’s a spectacular issue you don’t want to miss, and I’m honored to share space in it with some of the finest poets around.
A wonderful surprise: my poem,”New Hampshire,” has been nominated by Right Hand Pointing for a Pushcart Prize!!! This was an unexpected thrill, from a fantastic venue for short poems. It comes at a time I really need a boost of some kind, so to receive such recognition was beyond my dreams of “boost.” Please check out the site, full of must-read, often subtly humorous poems. Short is good.
